Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Seems that something was overlooked, or this was intended to be flavorful. Either way, this does just seem confusing as to whether it should count as a clue in the archon trial quest. We have reported to our design team to try to clear this up.
Along the same lines...there's a bunch of "poorly disguised" Chorusmen corpses in the Twin Rivers Oldwalls (the area is referenced here: http://imgur.com/cq6X8u0). Same question applies: was this supposed to be relevant to the trial?
I believe that those bodies are there to give the world some flavor, but I agree that it is fishy enough that it seems like it would make good trial evidence. I've passed your feedback on to the team to make sure everything's working as intended, and to see if we can clear up some of the confusion.
It seems no more or less significant than some of the other things that get flagged as evidence for the trial, so it's feels really weird to encounter these things and not have them included. Flavor makes sense, but just have them be dead adventurers then (et cetera). My 2 cents.
