Playing as England, I enforced a union against France off the Surrender of Maine event in 1449.
In late 1490s, Burgundian Inheritance fired. Burgundy AI picked to 'marry Austria.' but France claimed the throne for himself but... Since France was under my PU and after a shit long war i realized that in the peace treaty I cannot claim the union with Burgundy, neither can I claim it for France and in general I can do absolutely nothing. Prior to 1.30, France being under a PU specifically disabled the Burgundian Inheritance entirely, so this was never before possible.
What am I supposed to do to claim burgundy?
