Sup bur is too easy. With missions I have cores and control lux, brabant, liege, haniut and have vassilized brandenburg, mainz, coln. Next to start bribing electorates and I win. So rather than wasting my time clicking stuff I gave up.

They shoud be nerfed.

And 1.2 btw

Ottomans the same happened when I played them but at least they have the long term goal of westernizing and converting European lands.

Castille is also easy but is in a good position for colonization.

Austria and bohemia are kinda matched and can fight each other. Plus one of Austria's missions is to subjugate bur.

England has the choice of either colonizing or wining the 100 year war. Or both. Fun winning that war.

France. Defeate Bur and the emperor at one go.

Bur, Can colonize, rich lands, the best missions, Large army good mp, protected by the emperor.

Thats a quick run down of long term goals of the majors you mentioned. Dismanteling the HRE could be added to each.

Not in a current game I'm playing, missions are good, but in my current game Austria claimed quite big France, so it has been a struggle, without Scotland (which has conquered almost whole Great Britain) it wouldn't been possible to beat them. But in the meantime Castille has grown and has started colonization with Portugal.

So atm I'm having quite good game with Burgundy and imo prettu challenging too.

Well, that's why Burgundy is one of the strongest WC choices... as is France, England or Castille. They all have an amazingly powerful starting position, best tech and quite some more potential.

Man try hard difficulty when you want to feel some land resistance. I go for hard with i.e. TO because it's about so much land wars and hard difficulty is just about challenging enough, giving it abit feeling of realistic resistance. You almost have to take military drill to win battles on hard in general.

Easy. Sure. It's at or near the top of everyone's list for newbie players. With the possible exception of England, I think it is the most powerful.

"Too easy" implies it is ahistorically or unrealistically powerful. Matter of opinion, there; historically, it was one of the richest and most powerful states, and probably would've stayed that way if it weren't for some untimely deaths.

But, in any event, I doubt much nerfing or re-balancing is likely for the game at this point.
