Burgandy culture questions

Hi all thx for helping.

Will any culture come free for me im playing burgundy, thinking of eleminating france and forming that, atm I have 4 PU holland brabant flandern austria, last one is rather nice.

atm I have waloon burgundian and francian cultures, but it is really nice to have more accepted etc. and should I force my PU or others to get my culture my conversion or other ways, or will events give me free, im date 1485 and have paris etc, but need to finish off france and become emperor.

There's no events that convert province culture iirc. There is some decisions, forming prussia makes Berlin prussian, forming manchu makes evenki culture manchu culture.
You'd want to get decentralised bureaucracy gov reform for +2 cultures, you'd also want humanist ideas due to high chance of getting heretic provinces. AI is unlikely to convert provinces if you enforce culture on them, they'll just accept the cultures.
Theres a diet mission which converts province culture and reduces conversion cost, but quite low chance of happening. Austria has a mission which requires Austrian culture provinces to have high dev and manufactures so it might passively culture convert but doubt it
