Nations that can make tributaries (hordes and China) may eventually acquire dozens of them. If their liberty desire becomes low, it's possible to demand extra tribute for 25% liberty desire. Not doing so seems like a waste, and doing so can become tedious. There is also no hotkey for that, so without scripting an autoclicker it's possible to miss "demand extra tribute" button and click "bestow gifts" instead.
There needs to be a button that demands extra tribute from all tributaries with liberty desire below 20%. And maybe a button that mass demands artifacts until reaching 95 prestige, starting from most poor subjects.
