Description​

Georgi Ivanov Kyoseivanov should provide weekly stability, but stability does not change at all, even after completing focuses that lower stability. IMO Bulgaria is unplayable ATM because of that.

Play a game as bulgaria and watch the stability number.

This advisor does provide stability gain, but this effect is countered by the weekly -0.3% stability gain from the national spirit "second national catastrophe", which result in a net 0% gain.
