Is Turkey usually this hard to flip Communist, or am I just getting some hideously bad luck with RNG? I've had them over 60% for at least 9 months, and even now, at 89% Communist support, but they still haven't flipped from Non-Aligned!
This has gone on so long, I missed my chance to integrate them into the my Balkan Federation faction. But I was convinced they would change any day, so I kept pushing the decisions to influence their government. I've also had 4 spies working on boosting ideology as well, for all the good it's done.
Am I missing something here, or does one of Turkey's mid-game national spirits prevent it from changing governments outside of their own focus tree?
