I've seen some people mention on the forums that Bukhara gets to keep Horde ideas but the wiki states otherwise which is true? also Why isn't Bukhara in ANY historical start date? On wikipedia they're stated to have existed from 1500 or so.

Uzbek forms Bukhara and it does keep horde NI. The year has to be at least 1500 and you need to Bukhara. Creating it gives up a bunch of cores to siberia, but you can sell most of them to a vassal early on.
The wiki said all of that stuff, but their ideas are still listed as Generic so I wanted to make sure on that.
