Hi. I thought owning a colossus allows total war. I read it in the wiki but I'm still unable to declare war. Is this not allowed if you are pacifist?

(tried to remove pacifist ethic but it stays and is not replaced - tried suppression etc of factions. Maybe cause too many people are pacifist and have still 30% support? But it's the weakest ethic.)

Have you check your ethics see what wars are allowed you need it on unrestricted warfare to use total war

Can't select unrestricted. I'm trying to get rid of pacifist ethic but it's not going away. I try to boost militaristic now and hope it works.

Agressive pacifism should be an option with colossus. ;)
