The list of buildings in the manual was very incomplete. Does anyone know what the rest of the buildings are and do?

I noticed the same thing (and the costs didn't mention how many monarch points, just how much cash). There was a screenshot either in the manual or in the EU3/EU4 comparison which showed that there were the same number and category of standard buildings in EU4 as there were in EU3. But that didn't have any detail about their effects/costs.
