Buildings Question

Does anyone know if it is possible to convert a SimCitiy4 building to CitiesSkylines? (I ask before I potentially purchase CS) there are some buildings from SC4 that I would love in CS. I also have buildings I would love to see modeled into the game, but I would need a modder's help with those I guess.
