To the factory, it needs some startup capital

Factories don't store money, so that money still disappears. And I find idea of gold and silver floors somewhat strange...

I have to point out I was in no way guessing this answer. That's how it works.

They don't, they use it to buy things/pay their workers for the first few days before their own profits start coming in. That's what I meant by startup capital.
