Building Themes + European Buildings Unlocker

Hi all! I have some problem with using a bunch of mods Building Themes + European Buildings Unlocker.

My City became look very oddly with this mods, for example – lots of similar buildings appear close to each other. I can't remember the same problem without this mods. Also despite of my districts rules (International theme for all city checked and European for only district on the island on foto) I can't see any differences between different districts and no of growable European buildings in my city.

Could anybody explain what happened with it and what I doing wrong?

You know that wall to wall buildings are only high density? If you zone high that's when you'll notice
