These are some troubles I encounter after updating to 1.12...

1. all other companies declare war at you at January:
Happy new year....What the? all other companies has declared war on us?
including those already at war with us?

yep, that's what I got... actually I think it might not be a bug...
because I tried load the game back to 3 months earlier only to get the same result....
another reason why I think it is not a bug is that this seems to happen only
when you are strong enough... I have only played Grand Campign under 1.12
environment for once (Britain, Normal-Normal) and it happend twice, once in
Jan 1698 and another in Jan 1716... at that time there's only three other companies
surviving, France is always at war with me from around 1690 and it still
declares war on me both time.... I mean, how could you possibly declare war
with someone else when you guys are already at war?

2. Old Captains....
on the instructions they say your commanders retire "at their fifties"
but I do have a couple of commanders still working in their sixties...
the oldest one I have did not retire until he reached 68...

3. Wow, my ship can go through the Sahara Desert!
the title pretty much describe it well.... My East Indiaman was to enter
the port of Jadida on it's journey to India, but instead of stopping,
it goes right through the harbor and then the whole western Africa,
with it's status showing "Entering Port" all the way.
The fleet automatically (and incredibly) intercepts it's planned course
outside Benguela and comes back to normal from then on.

4. Going in and out
This occurs to every version I played.
For ships under Auto Trading, sometimes they cannot enter a port without
"Oscillating" between the harbor and the Entrance point of the harbor
That is, they may spend up to 2 months continueusly entering and exiting
the port before actually getting inside and do their trading.

5. What's the point of letting me enter the Negotiation Table
but telling me that the other company don't want to negotiate at this time?
If you don't wanna negotiate, just make the button grey!
