It seems there are no forum for bug reports. Just updated a game to the new patch (I have DLCs up to Right of Man) and started a new game as Knights:

1. Ships no longer show arrival date in the dialog when you sent them: hoovering over arrow used to give that info, now it say only current location.

2. Diplomacy out of whack:
a. AIs create alliances like no tomorrow (the game is on normal) against all negative modifiers: Cyprus allied Mamluks in like 2 months, Serbia allied Aragon (!), Bosnia (!), and Byzantium in the same 2 months (no common rivals), other countries have multiple alliances in 2 months. There might be some random positive modifiers distributed, but not that many
b. I do not have any modifiers. Knights at last can rival somebody from the start (Karaman: why? why not Cyprus or Ramazan), but rivaling do not give diplomatic modifiers with Rival of the Rival. I do get slowly ticking Enemy of the Enemy, but nothing in the alliance tab. It used to be "Knights rival XXX"?! I still get -50 with their allies
c. Joining trade league gave boost to other relations. Now, I see no change: fleet access before and after trade league with Venice is still -15! No boost to alliance modifiers either

Another bug is the ai stops the annexing of vassels again and again, check your game and see if muscovy an poland keep their vassels since they cancel the annexing then redo it only to cancel again lol

There is a forum for bug reports, you just need to register that you own the game first before you can view it
This, plus you can check there if these have already been reported.
