Seriously. I would like to get much more precise answer, such as specific planned patch date, from the official representative on the official support forum.

This stuff is F**KING up the game.

I understand your concern, but unfortunately I can't give you a more precise answer on this issue. At leas problem is reported and we thank you for bringing the issue ,and the importance of it, up.
