How do I know what version of Cities:Skylines I am running and where do I download the latest patch(es) ?

The game updates automatically through steam.

You are (as we all are) running the 1.07c version.

It is indicated in the lower right corner of the main title screen of the game.

Steam applies patches automatically, you don't have to download them manually.
