I downloaded the mod, and then went to start it, but when i do a screen pops up thats says "download latest milestone" and then a "sorry for the inconveince message" What is the problem?

Nothing to do with CORE, AFAIK. "latest milestone" sounds like something for Windows NET framework, maybe ? Where did you download the mod from - our servers at terranova.dk ?
