Bug: Worm turned star into black hole, cannot create Observatory

Stellaris version 2.2.1 (bbf4)

After triggering the "THE FUTURE" event at the end of the Worm in Waiting, the star in my home system (single-star system) became a black hole. I would expect to be able to create a Black Hole Observatory in the station around that newly created black hole, but I cannot.

Attached is a screenshot of the black hole and station in question.

Not a tech support issue so moved to main forum. If the community agrees it's likely to be a bug, post in Bug Reports please.

@AndrewT thank you. Apparently I need my eyes fixed, I looked and looked for how to submit a bug report or a bug report forum and didn't see it. I think it was probably due to not having my Steam synced with my forum account until later. And I only knew to do that because I was trying to access the tech support forum.
