BUG: WON'T FIX: Event 3900 has no text

And yet more curiosities

I have the "show events happening to other nations" turned on
after making The Netherlands a vassal (granting them independence instead of a long costly war) suddenly up pops an event from the Netherland.reading as follows. The Netherlands tell us about Event 3900 which happened to them recently,surely there must be a text missing somewhere.

Probably because it would involve translation for each and every language variant since text.csv would need to be updated.

Localization costs money no matter how trivial the translations involved, and since it is a really minor bug that doesn't impair gameplay in any way, there is no reason to fix it.

Perhaps it could be switched to reference a different block of text? Since event 3900 should only be happening to the AI, it only needs a name, and not a full description. EVENTNAME3816 ("The Dutch Independence") or EVENTNAME3806 ("The Dutch Republic") seem to be reasonable candidates.

Alreday been done some time ago, in 1.06 it will have EVENTNAME3806 in the 3900 event title field.
