Hello.

Patch 2.2.1, only 1 UI mod.
I am playing as humans. The chemical bliss was turned on for them for a while, then switched to social welfare. After the withdrawal symptoms because of disabling the bliss were over (I wish the game or wiki provided more info about that) another race started to migrate to my planets. I change their living standars to social welfare too, and now my humans have these pesky withdrawal symptoms again. Apparently any change in living standards of any race starts withdrawal symptoms for all races that used to have chemical bliss before.
