Hello!
Has anyone heard about bug when you re-enter the Lethian's Crossing?
The location opened in the first act, I went there, killed the Bronze Brothers on the bridge, went into the location, looked around and decided to level up characters before moving on. When in the Iron Hearth gave a choice between the Burning Library and the Lethian's Crossing, I chose the option "Lethian's Crossing", but the game doesn't load the location. I had to go to the Library, finished the second act completely, during the game several times I tried to go to the Lethian's Crossing, but couldn't.
Can I do something about this?
Thanks for your answer!

Hello @Falma,

I am sorry that this issue happened to your playthrough. Could you send us a couple of save files to help identify what went wrong?
You can usually ind your save files at:
C:\Users\%username%\Saved Games\Tyranny

Ideally, if you can send us a save from when the issue first occurred at the bridge, that would be best. But if you no longer have that one, seeing any save would be helpful to check on the state of things and compare them against what is expected.

I should also point out that the bridge scene (Ironhaul Trail) is actually different from Lethian's Crossing. This is the biggest scene in our game, and we have seen issues with loading into it in the past, especially on machines with lower amounts of memory. On that note, could you also supply us with the dxdiag file for your computer? You can find this by hitting the windows key, and searching for dxdiag. Use the 'Save all Information' option to make a file you can send us.

Thank you for your help and patience as we work to resolve this issue,
Daivd
