winter war triggered without event

that is i never had the m-r pact, due to dowing germany 1st of january 1936.. so no claim on finland either. Anyway as i was cleaning the map, and dowed finland.. and defeated them mad: ).. i was offered the "end of winter war"-event.

This happened in november 1947. So the problem would be a lack of check whether the M-R pact event had happened.. not very serious, but still

Now now, Camel, exploiting the 1.02 trade system are we? Germany's economy is severely handicapped right from start, the only rubber they can practically get is from resource conversion.

I think the end of Winter War event should really check whether the start of said war event has happened. Start of Winter War then should check if Molotov-Ribbentrop event has triggered (does it already?).

I had this strange end of Winter War event too, when I was conquering Finland in SUMMER of 1938...
