Bug which enables you to bypass fog of war.

I just discovered that when you click on diplomacy-create sattelite and then click on a sattelite to create without actually granting, you can see every single army all over the world. Huge bug, I hope someone hasn't already reported this.

You can also turn fog of war off and see every army in the world, so it's really a pointless exploit.

I think it works in MP, since I've heard people in my current MP game referring to it in relation to our game.
