very minor bugs in the ministerfile of nat. china

I'm looking into the minister files at the moment as I'm trying to make a complete list of ministers, their traits and loyalty.

Going trough nationalist china I spotted some minor bugs.

1)
Tai Li is minister several times and each version of him is a crooked plutocrat, except in the starting cabinet/military intel. There he is a political specialist.

2)
In the replacements of the same country the two replacements for the chief of navy is named 'Undistinguished Suit'. I thought they should either be called some shadow-whatever or removed.

are you doing any major changes to the minister files for 1.02?

If so would you be kind enough to give me a list of the countries that have changes once the patch comes out so I don't have to go trough all the files again?

Hmmm... I haven't done major changes to the MINISTER files for 1.02. Leader files yes, but I didn't really alter the ministers. Siam will prolly have a real cabinet, but that's about what I did. Dunno what other changes will be in.
