[BUG] The game didn't include me in my vassal's war

I pressed my vassal's claim. He got a duchy and inherited a war over his title. Nonetheless I'm neither a side of this war nor I can join it. I use only one mod: More Games Rules (only three rules changed: empires historical, +20 vassals, creating custom kingdoms and empires disabled). I attach saves:
- Bohemia.ck3 - the bug currently occurs
- Bohemia2.ck3 - exactly before ending the war on behalf of my vassal (I've got 100%). The current duchess has been already attacked by another duke.

EDIT: I coudn't atach them here. They reached 28% and the process stopped. I uploaded them here:
