Tech Sharing Problem
As the UK, I shared a number of land and air doctrines with France. I also have military control of France so I can observe their military units.
I found that there was absolutely no change in their land/air org levels after the sharing of these doctrines which yield org improvements. Is tech sharing broken?
Also, can you only share techs that another country doesn't own or does your tech list show all of your techs regardless of what the target country owns?
