So it's pretty simple. I was doing a thing that got me back into playing stellaris this patch. Cute little butterflies that are fantastically religious but very 'welcoming' to other species. I was having a blast as I figured out the war mechanics, the improved trade and everything else, but when I added my ascension perk Transcendence to the list, my main species changed to pointless robots. Here I provide with you two helpful screenshots displaying the problem.
