Just like the picture. Some prisoners' faces will not be covered, some will. Tried to reposition the soft pillow and bed, but it didn't work. But it seems that mentally ill prisoners always put a soft pillow under their heads. Confusing.

To add, if the bed is facing down, everything seems to be normal.
