BUG: Ship in captured port is sunk repeatedly in neverending loop

Ship in captured port is sunk repeatedly in neverending loop

I use 1.03b. Playing Italy 1936.

I capture the Greek province Athinai and the greek fleet in port is sunk. The ships (transport icon) "reappear" and "fade" out as if i just captured the province. This happens again and again and again...

It continues even after save/reload. I have save.

I figure this is the normal way of showing ships are sunk...

I mean it continues to happen months AFTER i have captured the province. Sorry if i was unprecise.

Does it still occur after reload?
