Dunno if this is a bug or not, as have only just starting using ckplus, but for some reason i cant declare any form of holy war, subjugation or even claim for someone who isnt me.
It isnt a truce issue as have had 6 years since any war, but, playing as the kingdom of jerusalem, i cant expand anywhere less i have a direct claim. I checked the wiki and it said, for holy wars at least, there should be a option to petiition for one from the pope in the intruge menu...which there isnt
Anyone know if this is normal or if its bugged out?
I am not sure if I understand correctly - you can only wage war if you have a claim?
Please check for Holy Wars if you have a character modifier (under your traits, cross icon) that reads "Recent Holy War". There is a cooldown of 5 ears on Holy Wars now,
and you cannot wage de Jure wars on someone that isn't your religion any more.
Subjugation is only available for some pagans, so I assume you don't mean this, but rather de Jure (or are you a pagan Jerusalem? That would be neat

).
And you can petition a Crusade from the pope if I am not mistaken, which is far more powerful than a normal Holy War. Crusades have to get activated first, though, which now can only happen after the year 950 and under certain conditions.
Check if those restrictions apply to you first - if they do not, you are experiencing a bug. In that case, report back
Edit: If the last war is more than 5 years old, you should be able to declare a Holy War on neighboring infidels. So that's strange, unless all realms around you are of your faith.
