I don't know if this is the best place to ask this. Anyway, there used to be an Armenian church in the mod, which is nowadays absent, this results in most of Armenia being "noreligion". Similairly, Swedish culture is also absent in some later bookmarks.

I'm talking about SMHM here.
I suspect your installation is broken. Those are definitely still in.

Just checked it - indeed if I disable all other mods, it's working fine, but it's weird that even with just HIP and CPR+ mod on, I have the same issue. Any idea as to why?
If using CPR+, install it from HIP directly.

Tested, could not reproduce. Tried using force vassalization as the HRE, worked with no issue with Venice surrendered. Tried using Imperial Reconquest as the ERE, worked with no issue.

Weirdly only Venice acts that way.

Do you have any ideas about bypassing this on my game ? Even if you don't its good to hear that it isn't a bug, only a game or maybe bookmark specific issue.

For exmaple my ruler has 25 martial and some guy with 15 martias has bigger army than me from one castle/province than me from 4 provinces and like half of the kingdom. I mean that penalties from non capital region(duchy), wheater, heavily recruited and so on should be lowered or reworked. And in this case, reinforcement is non existend even with marshall in province. Those bonuses realy boost little owners.

I don't have this issue ("broken").

If I don't want claimant adventurers to recruit from my provinces, I choose one of the other options (e.g., just pay them some gold). The weather happens and is a real thing, causing the "max" amount of levies in the levy bar to fluctuate, but levy reinforcement is always happening at the same [a lot slower than vanilla] rate. AFAIK (I have changed it multiple times over the years with different patches), there aren't penalties from your capital duchy-- just lack of the crazy bonuses for your capital county, which is why I keep my demesne there.

In general, I don't ever expect all of my holdings' levies to actually be at their absolute maximum no matter what I do. Sometimes one or two is, depending upon how and where I'm raising them and recent weather. The absolute maximum should never be considered to be what's required for "not broken."

FWIW, there are 2 tweaks to related modifiers currently in our development branch that might reduce some of the seemingly random fluctuations. None of them are going to make you have more troops than a guy heavily centralized in his capital if your demesne is scattered all over or recruited from by adventurers, however.

I dont expect it too. but i don't expect to have 5-10 % of my levies as my actual army even after waiting for years.

there aren't penalties from your capital duchy

but there is -30% levy size for outside of your capital duchy(duchy where is your capital) which is quite harsh for the way how are constructed duchies in HIP (many duchies with 1-2 countries and many duchies with 6 and more counties). So if you end up with several counties which everyone is outside of capital duchy except for your capital, then it can be big penalty.

And i agree with that i wrote it in my anger mod but this problem dint happen before in such big extend . I can see it on AI, where after they lose war, they are unable to defend themselves for years or even decades and end up with losing everything (hello, kingdom of Poland).

My suggestion is give grading reinforcement rate based on size of current ratio between max levy size and current levy (more actual army, less reinforcement), if it is possible.

The ships/troops location for the sea-zone Nordzee seems to have drifted a ways North-East. Currently, ships stationed there will appear to be in Waddenzee (I'm using SWMH, without miniSWMH).

I am currently encoutering an issue - I have all the mods of HIP downloaded and active, also play with rich childhood + ruler designer, all DLC enabled. In every bookmark Lappland is just empty for me. No county is there. Is that an issue on my end or is this something you guys already know about?

I know that Lappland (and other regions of the map) have been altered in HIP. There should only be playable counties on the coast. The inland portions of Lappland are considered wasteland in HIP I believe.

for some reason everytime I conquer schleswig the game crashes I am using the subjucation cb, also game crashes when i try to build the statue great work.

only mods im using are better looking garbs, decisive battles, epic medieval music and stellaris font, but I dont see how any of these would effect the conquest or great work decisive battles only changes the amount of men that die in battle.

also i installed with english localization and no cpr

The system that moves the Reichskrone from HREmperor to HREmperor doesn't seem to be affected by the 'Decline Empire Election' action (ie. if you have the most votes, but have declined election, you get the crown anyway). Wouldn't be an issue for most artifacts, since the player could just give them back, but the crown can't be given away, so gets stuck.

1. Even with turned off game rule which blocks you from joining any factions when you are in a non-aggression pact with your liege, it keep blocking me and tells me the same thing like when this game rule is turned ON.
2. When i declared war on my liege being his DeJure vassal and took his King title which had Limited Crown Authority law, it got back to Autonomous Vassals law and i can't change it with it telling me that law has already been changed by ME.
If these are not bugs, then I would like to change it at least for myself, because I do not see any sense in it.

I'm not sure if this counts but too many characters are dying from being imprisoned. This seems to because cause of the improved genetics thing that made more characters to have health less than 5. Either the baseline health needs to increase or house arrest needs to become the default method of imprisonment. This whole thing is exacerbated by the peculiar way ai fight wars. Nobody seems to fight pitch battles and instead only want to besiege the other's territories.
