Its an pre-determined event the chance of Success or Failure based on plot power doesn't matter.(cause 20 percent chance of success and not getting caught just seemed to low) I just switch the plot type. From " Fab Evidence of Treason" To just Kill the guy. I had a higher plot chance with killing him 996% (even my rival joined in). But I would like to see the Formula Used? It used to be about 200 percent plot power would get you about 70% success rate with still a 30 percent chance of failing? That still true? I don't know why I got the event associated with that plot.(They didn't go together) I guess I should have phrased my statement into question. And been more level headed. So sorry for the rant I was just pissed cause I had start over.
This was about the Fabricate Treason plot, not the Fabricate Heresy plot? Then why all the whinging about the Pope and your target being a heretic?

Okay, I've looked at THAT plot, and it seems there is indeed an issue with its plot success calculation (and a few other similar plots). It's just using the base values, currently, and will be fixed for the next version. Thank you for reporting the bug in such a clear and sensible manner.
