From your description actually, the problem seems to be with the other_claim CB -- couldn't really be any other (you pressed your vassal count's claim on a duchy). That helps.
Would you like me to upload a save at full warscore?

You misunderstood:
The duke of Diyar Mudar holds only one county - Harran (part of de-jure Diyar Mudar). He has a single count vassal, who holds the rest of the duchy (Al-Raqqah and Rahba) and a single county outside it (Karbala).View attachment 191609
I declare de-jure ducal war for Diyar Mudar. I occupy all the provinces within it, get 100% warscore and enforce demands.
The result: I subjugate the duke and his single province, but not his vassal count, who instead becomes a vassal of the Caliph and keeps all his provinces - even those within the duchy.
View attachment 191610
The way I understand it, Rahba and Al-Raqqah should pass either to me, or to the duke, and the count (now holding only Karbala) would become Caliph's vassal. Instead, he managed to keep all his provinces, even those I apparently won - how?

There are a number of edge cases in which the command `vassalize_or_take_under_title` cannot do what is expected (legit edge cases). One of these may be at work. Either way, the way in which subjugation is done in that CB is roughly the same as all other de jure territory CBs (`vassalize_or_take_under_title`), so I don't know what to tell you.

Would you like me to upload a save at full warscore?

Sure, along with version.txt so that I know how to load it properly. That would definitely help, as my previous investigation turned-up nothing (though I made a few other CBs less janky while at it).

Will look into it.

Wife's upset about affair with concubine.
jonaDka.jpg
It's a vanilla bug so version.txt doesn't matter, but EMF has fixed vanilla bugs before.

Is this really a bug per se? It's not just that she's your concubine; your wife wouldn't have a problem with that. She's your lover too.

Appears to be a vanilla cosmetic bug. Somebody imagined that there ought to be a special tooltip there, but it's not defined anywhere, and I've no idea what it would say, so I'll just delete the reference to it.

I thought this chain led to some general opinion modifiers, but it seems that I was wrong. If that's the case, then this is indeed not a bug and just a minor dissonance with the flavour text (though opinion_cuckolded w/ crime=yes might be inappropriate in some extreme edge cases).

In 867 start, around 875, the King of Francia Orientalis created the Duchy of Zaringen. I was the count of Thurgau (within the duchy) and used the decision "Ask Liege for Title". I buffed up relations to about 50 then requested it from him. He agreed, but there was a blank space where "Duchy of Zaringen" should be on the acceptance message. When I clicked the accept button, all it did was remove "Commander" status from my character and gave no title.

Furthermore, was the Realm Tree interface removed? Can't seem to locate it for the life of me.

I have downloaded and installed the latest version of HIP. When I go to play the game it simply crashes back to the desktop with no error messages. It always crashes during the loading part of "initializing map logic."

Edit: So it seems to be working after I did a fresh install but this time I went with the regular SWHM and also I deleted the files in the map folder located in the documents/paradox/ck2.

Hi everyone

I am running the HIP mod and it is causing the black flags bug, the good news it is only affecting the empire flags within the game. (See black flag bug screenshot)

Here are the contents of the version file:

[HIP Release 2016-05-28 (Zeus7)]

Currently for the game in Crusader Kings II I don't want to play with any of the other DLC, however I will likely too play with the DLC when this bug is fixed.

Here are the DLC I have, see DLC screenshots

I also have the army leader dynamic trait mod.

I have tried fixing this problem and nothing has come to fruition in fixing it.

Regards

It's still there, but a little harder to find. The circle around government type pops it up.

And you should add your version.txt to your bug report in order for it addressed.

Here The math That about 6.2 % chance of success for every 100% of plot power? That is way too low. I had 35 backers (almost every Adult in my Realm) against the Bishop. His Intrigue was only a 5 If that Plot fails then all others will fail.

EDIT: I read it it wrong its only a 20% chance success with a 900 % plot Power LOLOLOL

Its all WHAT EVER????????????????????????????
SO the only way to do it is to Imprison Him . Become a tyrant have all Vessels Angry at you. I hues the POPE is fine Heretics. Like what what ever. Call It "HIP What Ever MOD"

This reads like a childish tantrum, I have to say.

To address what appear to be your issues, however:

1) As with all plots (whether part of the mod or not), there is a maximum beyond which the plot power really doesn't matter. It doesn't ever mean "auto-success".

2) Again, as with all plots, plot power is not the only determiner of success.

3) I just tested the plot success chance at maximum plot power (which is 200%) without having a spymaster or regent as part of the plot, and it correctly showed the chance of success at 74%, the chance of failure without detection at 9%, and the chance of failure with detection at 16%. Really not sure what you're looking at.

4) If this is regarding the Fabricate Heresy plot (you never actually say, I can only assume that, since you refer to your game as if we've been watching it), that plot can only be used on a target who is the same religion as you. So the "why do I have to fabricate evidence when he IS [a heretic]" is because you are also a heretic and so is your religion head. Heretics should perhaps not be valid targets for this plot, but even so you're trying to fabricate evidence that they are not following your own faith. If this is regarding some other plot, I don't even know what your issue really is.

Other than expecting instant success, apparently, and anything different being "it's so random LOLOLOL", I guess? It's difficult to say with this kind of report. If you actually intend this to be a report of some kind, perhaps take a breath and try again, more rationally and with helpful screenshots or a save.

I think I see your problem, there aren't empires outside the three historical ones (unless you click the "Enable Ahistorical Empires" decision at game start). The map is just putting a empty placeholder empire as top title for all the kingdoms that fall outside those three. Not a bug. If you want de jure empires to cover all territory, then just click that customization decision and they'll all show up.

Its an pre-determined event the chance of Success or Failure based on plot power doesn't matter.(cause 20 percent chance of success and not getting caught just seemed to low) I just switch the plot type. From " Fab Evidence of Treason" To just Kill the guy. I had a higher plot chance with killing him 996% (even my rival joined in). But I would like to see the Formula Used? It used to be about 200 percent plot power would get you about 70% success rate with still a 30 percent chance of failing? That still true? I don't know why I got the event associated with that plot.(They didn't go together) I guess I should have phrased my statement into question. And been more level headed. So sorry for the rant I was just pissed cause I had start over.
