Bastards of descendents don't get the Descendent trait. Neither do bastards of bastards unless both parents have the descendent trait.
Poor Martin.
All right, then.
The realm rejoices as Paradox Interactive announces the launch of Crusader Kings III, the latest entry in the publisher’s grand strategy role-playing game franchise. Advisors may now jockey for positions of influence and adversaries should save their schemes for another day, because on this day Crusader Kings III can be purchased on Steam, the Paradox Store, and other major online retailers.

It is very likely that it does not need any further discussion and thus bumping it serves no purpose. If you feel it is necessary to make a new reply, you can still do so though.

Game Version : 2.0.2
Mod version : 1.4a
Additional mods : none (all dlc )
Game crashes on startup with a c++ runtime error.
I tried disabling all non major dlc.
nope 64bit and 8gb of ram.
it's pretty strange because other mods like Lux Invicta work fine.
Edit : i looked in the error log and it says : [virtualfilesystem.cpp:678]: Could not open file: gfx/models/Mapindicators/Eastern_Chancellor.xac, error: Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden.
I have it enabled.
Ok now it worked, i think some file was missing![]()
The Kingdom of Senchal (southeast Elsweyr) is unplayable at game start due to being unable to play a "republic". I have the relevant DLC for Merchant Republics, and can play as the ones that count as such, but that isn't the issue.
I'm considering this a bug because the top liege (the unplayable individual in question) is a King, who has nothing but coastal provinces (which, if he were a republic, would qualify him as a merchant one, wouldn't it?), and there are otherwise no indicators whatsoever that he is anything but a feudal ruler.
Maybe his mum was some unknown descendent of a dragonborn?
No?
Ok I guess I need to rethink that limitation![]()
Rather strange how Dragonblood actually works, considering no Septim after Pelagius I was actually descended from Tiber Septim. THE LOADING SCREEN IN OBLIVION LIED. ;-;
