Hello all, I tried accessing the Bug Report subforum even after Connecting my Paradox account with my Steam account, but it still says that I don't have permission to access it: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?forums/stellaris-bug-reports.941/ . Anyway, I would post it here for now:

From what I heard, when an Unbidden conquers a planet, they would purge all the population within and leave the infrastructures intact. I was un/lucky enough to get an Unbidden infestation, but I noticed a peculiar problem with their purging:

1. The Unbidden conquered a rival Empire's planet, causing it to revert back to 'habitable world' that does not project Empire border, and is free for colonization. I checked its surface by the Expansion Planner, and seeing it's ripe for re-colonization, I sent a Colony Ship for it using the Expansion Planner.

2. However, the Colony Ship failed to build for whatever reason (it just gets auto-cancelled). So I decided to build it manually, and sent it to the planet's orbit.

3. When my Colony Ship was in Orbit, I ordered it to Colonize, and when I was told to choose where to land the Ship, the surface was empty (neither population nor infrastructure). But when I tried to land it on a spot, it says there's still population, despite not showing anything.

4. I checked the planet's Surface from the planet itself, and see that there's still population in the planet, but no infrastructure.

TL;DR: When Unbidden conquers a planet, they destroy the infrastructures instead of populations, and the leftover population fail to show up in many interfaces.

I could provide the save game file if needed.
