Bug report (?) : Invisible Navies, No SFX

I was playing the Napoleon Campaighn and I sent my navy out of its port in Provence and when it came out to sea all I could see was a flag, the ship was invisible. There was an English navy near Spain too and it disapeared as well.

And also, half the time the SFX don't work. I have the SFX volume up the whole way.

I don't know if these things are caused by bugs or by my laggy system which needs more RAM...

It's been brought up already. I think it's also been fixed by now, although I haven't been testing that scenario, so i could be wrong.
