Bug report In Tyranny Skills not working like they should

Loaded up a recent save, game suddenly thinks my skills are a lot lower than they should be:

Hi @Alex Moldovia ! Sorry you're experiencing this issue.
The good news is that your skills are actually fine; the bad news is that this particular conversation has a bug. We've already fixed it for an upcoming patch, but for the time being, selecting the option "This will take a while..." will accomplish the same thing (except without giving skill experience, unfortunately).
