The form of 'to have' in the first line should also be 'has' instead of have. The cargo mentioned should also be offset by commas.

Yeah, there's a lot more minor grammar/syntax issues like this in the English localisation (and the other languages, AFAIK). You can either a) change it yourself (localisation files don't affect the checksum, so Ironman is still feasible) or b) grin and bear it, because I don't think Paradox has the stomach for going through their entire localisation and correcting everything wrong with it.

There are numerous errors in a host of events. With the new Seven Cities events, for instance, there are some that I struggle to understand at all. I have to interpret what I THINK is meant after second or third readings, sentence by sentence.. Maybe that is hyperbolic, but they were obviously not written by a native speaker. I would gladly proofread them for free, as I think many others would. It is painful to see such errors so commonly, I try not to read the events at all because of this; they trigger the inner grammar-nazi in me.

Of all the scripters working at Paradox, only Darkrenown is a native English speaker. Sometimes we make mistakes, and we are always trying to improve. If you find spelling or grammar mistakes, please bug report them and we'll try to take care of them.
