Bug report : Claim throne during regency

Hi

I was playing Scotland with a Valois king. When i saw France had a young heir with a low legitimity, i claimed their throne, and broke the auld alliance.

Unfortunately, the ruling king died while the heir was 3, then Anne de Bar became regent, and i lost my claim on the throne for another dynasty ruled it.

Nope. nope nope nope, it doesn't, they're just watching it.

Please fix this
