BUG REPORT? Cannot load SD yet...

No bug report forum or even a post to add to?

Download and installed SD on Steam.
Go to play, calculates graphics all ok, loading for eternity = crash.
What can be wrong?

Check graphics drivers, out of date, get new drivers installed.
Check forum for possible fixes.
Delete AMD driver Raptr.
Delete game and start all over.

Re-download from Steam. Another hour waiting.
Play... = crash again.

I KNOW it is a beta, but no bug forum suggests no problems as well?

What now please, any suggestions?

I did verify the local game files.
I did repair the steam folders.

SUCCESS after approx. 2 hours trying different things out.

I reckon it may have been a background server running from the use of Brackets or IIS or both?
