That's a bit more than the average walking pace... On motorized artillery? You done goofed PDS.

If you look in the picture, this division has almost no equipment. 4/120 Mot. Rocket and 8/90 trucks are only 5% of the needed, while it has all the manpower. So I guess thats why this practically a walking division.

Yes, a motorized division without any trucks is effectively a regular infantry division. Even if they have some trucks, those still need to adjust their speed to the other 95% of the division which is walking.
