Bug? PTT_HAS_INFLUECING_FORT

In the fort level mapmode, if you hover over a fort you see this in the tooltip. Either it is a bug or information that isn't clear.

Yea, I just bought the DLC, but it's back to The Witcher 3 for now.
In a week or two, the main issues will be fixed and I'll go back to EU IV for a while.
