The Portuguese Focus "Reorganization of the Communist Party" is not granting the 120 Political Power it states. My disappointment is immeasurable, and my Portugal run is ruined.
When I double-checked the focus again, upon completion I saw my PP number flash for a millisecond to another number, before returning to the same amount I had.
When I first played Portugal on version 1.9 Husky it was working fine. Now I'm playing the current version of the game 1.10.2 Collie, and it's not working. Please fix it, I spent so much time planning this run to cap France before Germany can. I'll be watching the changelogs.
