There's a sticky about this in Bug Reporting, but ... This is a valid event, representing the heresy/reforms of Jan Hus at this time. Bohemia will convert back in due course.
I'm actually in favor of having the Bohemian event allow protestant provinces (usually started in the Reformation event) - with Alun's Reformation mod (I'm so incredibly jealous) doing so won't make half of Europe protestant, so there's no risk involved by doing so - and it would make Bohemia more interesting to play and harder to defeat long-term - very historical.
