Playing as Golden Horde, won a war against Spain, and took a couple province in Iberia. Because I want to contain Spain's aggressiveness (there was some juicy target like songhai, which I wanted to eat later) I warned him to not go to war. Instead he declared on Hadramut, one of my tributary. I thought it was foolish move from him but nope, I did not receive call to arm from Hadramut. Strange.
Bug or feature - Tributary did not call overlord to defensive war if overlord warned the atttacker
