bug or am i missing something?

ive just posted this on the bug forum.

playing as Sweden I am at war with Denmark. ive occupied 1 of their provinces but im now unable to siege any more of their provinces, my army just stays in province and nothing happens. I also tried to engage their army but both armies sat in same province without any battle happening.

the issue seems tied to the Danish mainland though. im sieging Bornholm (Danish) and have already occupied Sjaelland but am unable to siege anything else. their army is currently sitting in nordjylland along with my army yet no battle is happening.

Has anyone else encountered anything like this before?

im running 1.8.

Exactly, do your units have got black flag with them ? I see that you have almost 2k posts so probably this isn`t the case, but no harm asking ;-)

I have had several instances over the weekend, where, due to lag or something, I could not move an army or navy. I had to open some menus and then try again.

your right, that's not the case!

the army would only be exiled if i was a peace but im still at war with Denmark and as I said im currently besieging one of the their islands. its not lag either as the armies move ok, just no sieges or battles happening. im pretty sure its a bug. my game will have to go on hold which is a shame as I was really enjoying it.

hopefully I don't lose the save when the game gets updated, its ironman.

So, even opening menus, exiting and restarting the game didn't fix it? I just had to re open a bunch of menus.
