Bug on apparent heir

I have noticed that my first son is heir apparent of my county, my second son is heir apparent of the county capital when mousering over the family tree of my dynasty.

I am a count and when I die my first son inherits the county and the county capîtal this is right ! however it is not right that when I am still alive my second son is heir apparent of the county capital, I would like this bug solved as I found this ridiculous !

Do you have a savefile where this issue is present? It sounds like something that's fixed in our internal build, but it'd be nice to double check.
