Revolters capitals no always correct?
I noticed this going through saved games under 1.04... revolting nations don't seem to honor their "capital" line. For instance, I have a Burgundy that revolted with Franche-Comte (387) and Bourgogne (409), only their capital wound up in the former rather than the latter as it should.
Theory: the independence routine goes through the provinces list to see who has been revolting for X number of years. This routine goes through them numerically, so 387 came up first. Then the check was made to see that 409 was in revolt as well and thus Burgundy could be formed. Since 387 was listed first, it wound up as the capital.
Alternative theory: the same as before, only 387 was chosen because it was first in the controlled provinces line for the rebels in the saved game file (which it was), rather than the routine doing a numeric sort.
