Since 1.14.2 came out with the new launch menu, the DLC section is greyed out so I can't select any, when I hover over it says 'no available DLC' even though I have several of them. They're still showing on steam as downloaded just not on the launcher or in the game. Is this common and is there a fix?

Another user had the same issue a while back.
For them reinstalling Steam seems to have solved the problem even when reinstalling the game etc did not work.

I didn't have this issue but noting that since fixing it involving reinstalling Steam, this might imply that it is a Steam bug. Should that be reported to Valve or no?
